GENERAL CONTRACTING
We will take on the lead role in the build and bring in our team of trusted trades and suppliers to bring your project to life. As the General Contractor our responsibility is to facilitate all aspects of the build from day to day management, to site works, and all areas in between.
RENOVATIONS
Making updates to an existing space should be exciting. Whether it is a small upgrade, or a large change, we are with you every step of the way with our dedicated team of partner trades, designers, and suppliers, to upgrade and improve your home.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
We work with top designers throughout the Lower Mainland, and work closely with them in the early stages of a project. A well rounded early stage design meeting has a designer and a contractor involved so that we can collaborate with you on design feasibility, and how that may relate to timeline, budget, and initial goals.
PRE-PURCHASE PLANNING
We work with you before you make the purchase of a home - if you are planning to renovate an existing new purchase, we will provide budgeting and basic high level planning to help understand the possibilities, and and potential limitations to the home before you move ahead. Working with your realtor, we are able to help find a property that suits your needs for the final product - we can build the space of your dreams, we just need to know where to start.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We work with our clients to plan and budget right from the beginning. The most important aspects of a successful project are understanding the scope, the budget, and the timeline. Together we help to build out and detail your wish and needs list, and put that into a scope of work for the design team, and partner trades to provide pricing for. From there we work with you and the design team to refine the details and budget to ultimately bring the project to life.
NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION
We are fully a fully licensed builder, and offer new home warranty with all of our projects. Our approach is to bring the best quality and highest performance products to your home, and help you along the way with the custom options to make it fit your needs.
BUDGETING & PLANNING
When the project is large, sometimes it happens in phases. We work with our clients to identify the overall budget, plan out the necessary phases to achieve the end result that will be desired. Spending time in the planning phase of a project always pays off in the end - and understanding your budget and the overall implications it has for the different phases, is key to a well executed job. Starting off with our Wish list and Needs list, we detail client's needs and goals, and formulate a plan for action.
OUTDOOR LIVING DESIGN
Your home is also outside of the 4 walls. We work with our landscape partners, designers, and architects, to help bring the extra area of enjoyment to the home. West Coast weather means that we need to take advantage of the sunny days as much as possible, while still planning for how to make the most of the rainy ones. Seamless integration is possible with planning and good design. From full outdoor oasis with swimming pool and water feature, to a relaxing pergola on the deck, we can help you detail and create the space of your dreams outside.
